SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped. Once your order is sent out, delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Most orders within the United States are expected to arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment, although this timeframe may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. If you experience any issues with your order, such as delays, damage, or incorrect items, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, VED does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

VED bracelets are fully compatible with Apple, Samsung, Google, and any other NFC-enabled devices.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each bracelet has a small NFC chip built into it. When you tap it to the back of your phone, it instantly takes you to our website. Every week, you’ll find a new scripture along with an explanation and interpretation to help you really understand it. But it’s not just about reading and moving on. The idea is to slow down, sit with the message, and think about how it applies to your own life. Take time to reflect on the quotes and try to carry that meaning with you throughout your week.
